Slitty Wrists is a dream chaser, blazing trails at a high speed. Watch out because this 23 yr old rapper out of Providence, RI plans to stop at nothing.

I recently saw him at The Dorry’s Awards at The Good Will Engine Company receiving the award for Hip-Hop Artist of The Year and Song of the Year for his track BITMO. When he went up on stage he said “My name is Slitty Wrists, my name confuses people but I sing songs about overcoming anxiety and harmful thoughts towards self”

It only takes one performance to see that this kid has all the heart. On his website it quotes “Sid Is A 23 Year Old Afro-latinx Artist From Providence, RI, Whom Believes That We All Have The Ability To Change The World And Expand Human Consciousness Through Various Art Forms, Redefining What It Means To Be An Artist, Lyricist, And A Human.” Thats the kind of music I want to listen to.

Tonight, March 5th 2020 he celebrates the release of his LP at TROOP with local support Jesse The Tree, E-Turn, Pharaoh Jaxson, Tocxina, Muggs Fogarty and Z-Boys!
